We are looking for someone with a passion for photography to help build our residential and commercial photography operations. Responsibilities • Photography of real estate properties, residential, commercial, and land • Editing photos to represent and show the property as best as possible. • Obtain and keep a drone license to be able to shoot aerial photography • Help homeowners stage their homes to achieve the best visual results • Scheduling and working with agents and office coordinators. Preferences: • You must have a knowledge of photography, lenses, lighting, video equipment • You must be knowledgeable with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and the Adobe Creative Suite • You must be willing to be trained and learn new shooting and editing techniques • You must be able to work during regular business hours but also be flexible to accommodate homeowners • You must be comfortable working with many different kinds of people • You must be able to take constructive feedback and make adjustments • You must have a friendly, outgoing personality, with a customer focus • You must be self-disciplined and be able to stay on task even outside of the office • You must be willing to work on additional projects as needed Qualified applicants can expect to earn a minimum $20 per hour.
