We are seeking a skilled Photographer to join our team. As an Associate Photographer, you will play a key role in capturing high-quality images and virtual tours of homes and apartments. Key Responsibilities: • Capture stunning photographs and create immersive virtual tours of properties • Create engaging portfolios to showcase properties in the best light • Work collaboratively with scheduling teams to meet client demands and maximize appointments • Communicate effectively with clients, sales teams, and research partners to prioritize tasks and evaluate needs • Identify new inventory and photograph commercial properties to expand our offerings • Maintain market coverage and ensure compliance with CoStar safety standards • Represent CoStar professionally at all times Requirements: • At least 2 years of professional experience in real estate photography • Familiarity with Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications • Candidates must possess a current driver's license and a clean driving record Benefits: This is an hourly role with opportunity for monthly bonuses based on performance metrics. The pay amounts to $50,000 annually, with opportunity for monthly bonuses.
