About the Role Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate photography • Based in Riverside County or San Bernardino County • Own professional photography and videography equipment: • DSLR or Mirrorless Camera that shoots 4k 60fps • Wide-angle lens (minimum 16–35mm full-frame equivalent) • 360 Camera (Ricoh, Insta360, or similar) • Drone with current FAA Part 107 license • Gimbal/stabilizer • Reliable transportation and schedule flexibility • Strong communication and client service skills What We Offer • Competitive per-project pay based on skill and volume • Streamlined scheduling and support — just shoot, deliver, and we handle the rest • A creative, professional environment where reliability and follow-through are valued
