Real Estate Photographer

In this role, you’ll visit residential and commercial properties, learn how to use our equipment, and create high-quality photos and videos that showcase each home or business at its best. Duties • Capture professional-quality photographs of interior and exterior residential and commercial properties • Provide top-quality customer service to clients, homeowners, and real estate agents in all situations • Communicate professionally with EyeSkyVP regarding access, timing, and basic on-site questions • Collaborate with real estate agents to understand which property features should be highlighted • Assist with light lifting or moving items to help prepare homes for photography, as needed • Follow company workflows, shot lists, and quality standards for every property • Manage time efficiently at each location and arrive on time for all scheduled appointments • Work independently at properties, including unoccupied homes • Travel to multiple properties per day within the assigned service area • Safely handle, transport, and care for photography equipment between locations • Upload photos and videos to the company’s cloud storage system (Dropbox) by the end of each workday using EyeSkyVP standards • Stay informed on current trends in real estate marketing, photography, and videography Skills • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to make clients feel comfortable, supported, and well cared for during appointments • Willingness to learn photography fundamentals, including framing, lighting, and composition, through hands-on training • Interest in learning to capture short video clips and follow basic filming guidelines • Demonstrated reliability and professionalism when interacting with homeowners, agents, and team members • Strong attention to detail to ensure each property is clean, organized, and photo-ready • Solid organizational skills to manage daily routes, track appointments, and meet scheduling deadlines • Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, or computer to upload files, follow checklists, and communicate with the team • Positive, professional attitude with a willingness to grow into more advanced photography or videography responsibilities over time Are you able to work most Saturdays and Sundays?
