Real Estate Photographer & Field Rep

We are hiring a Real Estate Photographer & Field Rep to serve the greater Raleigh region. This is a hybrid role designed for someone who enjoys both hands-on photography work and in-person relationship building with real estate offices and agents.This position blends traditional real estate media assignments with scheduled field outreach, including office stop-bys, presentations, and occasional event representation. This is a 1099 contract position with compensation structured around both production and field activities. • Fixed pay per media job type • Media work typically averages the equivalent of $30–$40/hour, depending on job mix • Field outreach and event work are compensated separately through a mix of per-activity pay and higher-impact bonuses • Mileage pay offered Our goal is to be the most trusted and professional real estate media crew in the region, delivering excellent service while building long-term relationships within the Raleigh real estate community.
