Real Estate Photographer (Paid Training, No Experience Needed)

Want a flexible role that gets you out in the field, meeting new people, and learning a creative skill from scratch? We’re a family-run real estate media company based in Orlando, and we’re looking for someone friendly, dependable, and eager to learn to join our photography team. What You’ll Do • Travel locally throughout Orlando and nearby surrounding areas for scheduled real estate photo shoots • Capture interior and exterior photos using our shot list and systems • Represent our company professionally with homeowners, agents, and builders • Upload files after each shoot, no editing required • Learn photography, video, and drone skills over time with paid training • Work independently once trained, while staying in clear communication with our team Compensation and Pay Structure • Paid training at $15 per hour • Standard photo shoots are paid per unit, with one unit equal to 60 minutes of scheduled on-site shoot time • * Starting rate: $25 per unit • Drone certified rate: $30 per unit • Video work and additional services vary based on project scope • Mileage reimbursement at $0.70 per mile for all job-related travel, including travel from home to the first shoot, between shoots, and from the final shoot back home • SunPass or E-ZPass is required Why This Role Is a Great Fit • Paid training provided from day one • No photography experience needed • Flexible, part-time schedule with room to grow • Consistent local work once established • Opportunity to learn photography, video, and drone skills • Supportive, family-run company focused on long-term growth
