We are looking for a professional photographer that is reliable, has strong communication skills and is capable of working in a fast paced environment. Capture properties with a Matterport Camera for 3D virtual tours Operate a drone for aerial photography Gather information (measurements and features) about the property to include in the listing Install and remove lockboxes from our listings Duplicate house keys (key cutting machine is provided) Order installation and removal of real estate signage for our listings REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Reliable Transportation (average of 300-600 miles driven per month, you will be compensated) Presentable and personable, understanding that customers deserve excellent service. Strong confidence with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom Advanced shooting, editing, and lighting techniques PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Experience with real estate or architectural photography Experience with twilight real estate photography Experience with HDR photography Experience with wireless flash lighting techniques Experience with drone technology Fast computer for editing and high speed internet (you will have an office desk and computer, but in the event of a COVID shutdown, applicants may need to work and process images from home) Candidates are required to submit a portfolio of work or a link to a website containing their portfolio as well as their resume.
