Real Estate Photographer

We provide professional photography and video with a strong emphasis on quality, consistency, and client experience. We are seeking a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented in-person real estate photographer to join our growing team. This is a field-based, client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, time management, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities • Capture professional photos of homes (editing not required) • Travel to properties throughout the Wasatch Front • Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, agents, and internal team members • Upload raw photo files accurately and on time to our servers • Maintain an accurate schedule and arrive to all appointments on time • Represent Monarca Media with professionalism and consistency Qualifications • Strong professionalism, punctuality, and reliability • Customer-service oriented with the ability to interact confidently with clients • Clean, polished appearance appropriate for a client-facing role • Excellent communication skills and responsiveness • Detail-oriented with the ability to notice and correct small issues on site • Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule • Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement • Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required
