Position: Real Estate Photographer/ Want to learn real estate photography- Please apply! Focused Aerial is growing our national partner network, and we’re looking for creative professionals to join The Flight Crew—our real estate media program built for photographers, videographers, drone pilots, and content creators who want more than just a gig. Your photographs will tell a story, set a mood, and ultimately, be a key factor in selling homes. Qualifications • Prior experience as a photographer, preferably in real estate or architectural photography • Strong knowledge of photography principles, including composition, lighting, and editing • Proficiency in photo and video editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop and Premiere • Excellent attention to detail and ability to capture the essence and unique features of properties • Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet project deadlines • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members • Familiarity with the San Francisco Bay Area and its real estate market is a plus • FAA Part 107 certification or willingness to obtain it (not required) • Flexibility to work on-site and travel to different locations as required Ideal Candidates • Experienced with DSLR or mirrorless cameras for real estate or lifestyle work • FAA Part 107 certified or actively working toward certification • Comfortable shooting and organizing media under a deadline • Strong sense of visual storytelling and composition • Self-starter mindset with interest in scaling income and influence as a partner Why Join The Flight Crew Whether you’re a seasoned real estate photographer or a versatile content creator, this role offers the tools and systems to grow.
