Responsibilities: • Capture high-quality on-site visual content for real estate listings, including professional photos, listing videos, reels, drone imagery, and Zillow 3D tours • Edit and deliver polished marketing assets that showcase properties and align with brand standards • Create additional photo and video content featuring the owner and team to promote community areas, events, and the Mission Realty brand • Work collaboratively with team members to support marketing initiatives and production needs • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Maintain and properly care for photography, video, and drone equipment • Present a professional and courteous presence when working on-site with clients, homeowners, and community partners • Stay current with real estate media and digital marketing trends to continually enhance content quality Qualifications: • Proven experience in real estate photography and videography • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality interior, exterior, and lifestyle shots • Proficiency with professional camera equipment, lighting, and stabilization tools • Experience with drone photography and videography • Skilled in photo and video editing software • Familiarity with creating short-form video content for marketing (reels, listing videos, social media) • Ability to manage multiple shoots and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and a creative visual eye • Professional, reliable, and comfortable working on-site with agents, homeowners, and clients • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation We are passionate about our employees, clients, and the communities in which we serve.
