What we care about most is that you’re: • A good communicator who prioritizes response time and clarity with clients and team • A people person who is comfortable and confident working with real estate agents and homeowners • Detail-oriented, ensuring properties are well-represented in photos and videos • Organized time management, managing your daily calendar and tasks as well as prioritizing punctuality • Open to feedback, has a desire to learn and develop their skills, and grow within their role • A self-starter with a strong work ethic What You’ll Do: • Capture high-quality listing media: photos, video, drone, 3D scans, and floor plans • Help agents feel confident on camera • Creative collaborator, open to client ideas regarding agent intros and outros within videos • Collaborate daily with clients and a small team (i.e. the CEO and a global Administrative Assistant) • Stay organized and manage equipment and photo & video files • Drive to and from shoots in Orlando and the surrounding areas
