We’re looking for a skilled Real Estate Photographer & Videographer to capture high‐quality photo, video, and drone content for residential and commercial properties across Central and South Jersey. This position covers Central & South Jersey only. Experience: Real estate, architectural, interior, or commercial photography experience required.Location: Must be based in or willing to regularly travel throughout Central & South Jersey (Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean, Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Atlantic, Cape May).Drone Certification: FAA Part 107 strongly preferred; willingness to obtain is a plus.Equipment: Professional DSLR or mirrorless camera, wide‐angle lens, tripod, and drone (DJI Mavic or similar).Skills: Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and real estate visual standards.Soft Skills: Reliable, communicative, organized, and comfortable working independently.Transportation: Reliable vehicle required.Availability: Flexible schedule with weekend availability.
