Real Estate Photographer (Independent Contractor – 1099)

Location: Augusta, GA and surrounding areas

Ziprent is seeking reliable, experienced Real Estate Photographers with strong editing skills to support our growing rental market.

Assignments will begin on an as-needed basis but will increase as our presence in the area expands.

Service Area Requirements
• Must be willing to service Augusta, GA and surrounding areas
• Minimum 50-mile travel radius required (preference for those open to longer distances)

About This Role

As a fully remote property management company, our field appointments include tasks beyond standard real estate photography. Please apply only if you are comfortable handling the full scope of field responsibilities.

Each listing appointment includes:
• Fully edited listing photos
• Lockbox pick-up and installation
• Key management and key testing
• Completing an initial property walkthrough and submitting a condition report

Appointments typically take around 2 hours, but can vary depending on property size.

Responsibilities
• Independent Contractor (1099) position
• Respond promptly to new assignment requests via email
• Required 24 hour turnaround time
• Be available for multiple shoots per month
• Deliver 15–25 professionally edited, high-quality interior/exterior photos
• Pick up and install smart lockboxes (within ~35 miles of home or assignment location)
• Replace lockbox batteries (provided by Ziprent)
• Install electronic and classic lockboxes, document installation, and test all keys
• Complete an initial property walkthrough and submit a full condition report (approx. 1 hour; varies by property)
• Capture 3D Zillow Tours + Floorplans (requires compatible 360 camera)
• Submit invoices and accept payment via ACH
• Compensation typically ranges $225–$325+ per appointment

Required
• Real estate photography portfolio
• Professional photography equipment, including a 360 camera compatible with Zillow
• Advanced photo editing skills
• High-quality wide-angle lens
• Valid driver’s license
• Flexible schedule
• Willingness to travel 50+ miles
• Excellent communication skills
• Updated mobile device capable of taking clear images for walkthrough reports

Good to Have
• Knowledge of FHA and housing compliance (CO detectors, smoke alarms, heating/AC)
• Strong attention to detail
• Tech-savvy abilities

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Real estate photography and editing experience
• Strong written communication skills
