Real Estate Photographer (Part-Time, Entry-Level)

We are hiring a high-energy, customer-focused, and dependable professional to join our growing real estate media team in the Cape Coral area. No prior real estate photography experience is required. What You’ll Do • Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled appointments • Capture interior and exterior listing media following a structured shot list • Represent the company professionally with agents and homeowners • Deliver a high-quality, friendly, and relationship-focused client experience • Upload media after each shoot, no editing required • Stay organized and consistent across appointments • Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to company growth What We’re Looking For • Lives in or near Cape Coral (Fort Myers considered) • Hard-working, positive, and people-oriented personality • Strong customer service mindset, enjoys building relationships • Reliable, punctual, and professional • Fast learner who can follow structured processes • Strong attention to detail • Comfortable working independently and driving locally • Interested in growing long-term with the company This Role May NOT Be For You If: • You don't enjoy interacting with customers/client daily • You struggle with punctuality or consistency • You’re not comfortable with driving being a large part of your day to day • You prefer full creative control instead of following a structured process • You are not interested in growing with a company long-term
