Job Description:We are seeking talented and experienced Real Estate Photographers who also do Videography and Drone, to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for capturing stunning visuals, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for photographing and filming properties, ensuring that all media meets RealtaSnap’s high standards.
Responsibilities:
• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of residential and commercial properties.
• Use advanced equipment and techniques to produce exceptional visuals.
• Conduct aerial photography and videography using drones (if certified).
• Create immersive 3D tours using Matterport technology (training can be provided).
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and preferences.
• Uphold RealtaSnap’s brand and style guidelines in all visual content.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in real estate photography and videography and drone.
• Proficiency with DSLR and mirrorless cameras, as well as video equipment.
• Drone experience in aerial photography/videography.
• Familiarity with Matterport or similar 3D tour technology is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative eye.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a client-focused approach.
