Your own camera body capable of HDR auto-bracketing with a 14–16mm wide-angle lens (full-frame) Your own sturdy tripod (required for HDR bracket shots) FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (required for drone packages) Your own reliable drone for aerial photography Reliable personal vehicle — you'll cover the greater Pittsburgh metro area Proof of general liability insurance (minimum $1M) Ability to deliver consistent, clean compositions — straight verticals, proper exposure, full room coverage Same-week availability with flexibility for occasional weekend shoots No editing or post-processing — our team handles all retouching and delivery No invoicing — we pay you directly based on completed shoots No client management — we handle all agent relationships, scheduling, and issue resolution No confirming or rescheduling appointments — our operations team manages all of that No marketing or lead generation — every shoot is assigned to you through our system Base photo-only shoots pay $45–$55 per shoot Shoots with add-ons (drone, 3D tours, video) pay $70–$115+ per shoot Premium packages with full media suites pay $90–$140+ per shoot Average across all shoots: approximately $71 per shoot Weekly earnings range from $700 in slower months to $1,100+ during peak spring/summer season Paid on a regular schedule — no chasing payments Already shoot real estate or architectural interiors and want guaranteed volume without managing your own clients Are building your photography career and want high-rep experience with a professional team behind you Have a drone and Part 107 and want to put them to use regularly Value a simple, predictable workflow over the hustle of finding your own work Can commit to a reliable weekly schedule and maintain quality across high volume Two to three sample photo sets from recent real estate or interior shoots (unedited/straight out of camera is fine — we want to see your eye, not your Lightroom skills) Your weekly availability (weekdays, weekends, or both) Whether you hold a current FAA Part 107 certification Your general service area or how far you're willing to travel within the Pittsburgh metro A brief note on your current gear setup (camera body, lens, drone model if applicable)
