Job Summary

Gress Photography is a well-established real estate media company serving Central PA for 19 years. We’re looking for a reliable, motivated individual to join our team as a Real Estate Photographer.

No experience required. We will train the right person.
If you have an interest in photography, enjoy working independently, and are willing to learn, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do
• Photograph residential and commercial properties
• Capture interior, exterior, and aerial images (training provided)
• Film basic property walkthrough videos
• Upload media by 7:00 PM same day
• Travel daily throughout Lancaster, York, and surrounding areas

Requirements
• Based in Lancaster or York County, PA
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel daily
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• High-speed internet
• Flexible schedule (including some Saturday mornings)
• Ability to pass a background check

Equipment Requirements

(Can be acquired over time)
• DSLR or mirrorless camera
• Wide-angle lens (approx. 10–24mm)
• Tripod
• Drone (DJI Air series or similar)

Drone Requirement
• FAA Part 107 License required
• Not certified yet? You must be willing to obtain it shortly after starting

Pay
• Paid per service (independent contractor)
• Typical earnings equivalent to $25–$60/hour, depending on performance
• Additional pay for longer travel assignments
