Exposure It Real Estate Media is Pittsburgh’s go-to real estate photography and media company. We provide high-quality photography, video, drone, and media packages for top-producing agents across the greater Pittsburgh metro area. We’re growing fast and looking for a reliable photographer to cover our afternoon and weekend demand.

The Role

We’re hiring a contract photographer to cover Tuesday–Friday afternoons and Saturdays. You’ll shoot residential real estate listings using our proven HDR bracketing method and upload deliverables to our cloud workflow. No editing, no client communication, no scheduling — just show up, shoot clean, and upload.

What You’ll Do
• Photograph residential real estate listings using 5-shot HDR bracketing
• Capture room-by-room interior shots and exterior curb appeal photos
• Follow our detailed shot list and SOP for consistent, portfolio-quality results
• Upload all deliverables to our Dropbox workflow same day
• Arrive on time and represent the company professionally onsite

What You Won’t Do

This role is shoot-and-upload only. We keep it clean so you can focus on the craft:
• No editing — our editing team handles all post-production
• No agent or homeowner communication — our ops team manages all scheduling and client contact
• No appointment confirming — you receive a confirmed shoot list each day

Requirements
• Own DSLR or mirrorless camera with a wide-angle lens (14–16mm equivalent recommended)
• Tripod and remote shutter or intervalometer for HDR bracketing
• Experience shooting interior spaces (real estate experience preferred but not required)
• Reliable vehicle for travel across the greater Pittsburgh metro area
• Smartphone for communication with ops team and upload confirmation
• Available Tuesday–Friday afternoons and/or Saturdays on a consistent basis
• Must carry your own liability insurance or be willing to obtain it

Nice to Have
• FAA Part 107 drone certification
• Experience with cinematic video walkthroughs
• Familiarity with Matterport or 3D tour capture

Compensation

30% commission per job — paid on a per-shoot basis. This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You set your own schedule within the available shift windows and take on as many shoots as you want.

During peak season (May–August), expect 10–17 shoots per week across Tuesday–Friday afternoons and Saturdays. Sunday and Monday are off.
