Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, personable, and self-disciplined part-time Real Estate Photographer to join our team. The successful candidate must be available from Monday to Friday, from 8am to approximately 6pm, even though this rule is flexible hours. The time required for work will depend on the bookings that we take from customers.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for photography, whether experienced or just interested. As part of our team, you’ll receive comprehensive training and all the necessary equipment to produce quality real estate media.

Key Responsibilities:
• Capture high-quality photos of residential and vacation rental properties within a 35-mile radius of Naples, Florida
• Collaborate with clients to ensure media meets their needs and showcases the property effectively
• Manage and maintain provided photography equipment
• Travel to locations using your own vehicle (mileage allowance provided; valid insurance required)

Requirements:
• Interest in or experience with photography (formal experience is a plus but not required)
• Honesty, reliability, and self-discipline are essential qualities
• Personable demeanor to interact well with clients and team members
• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and vehicle insurance (public transportation is not an option for this role)
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (or willingness to study and pass the test within 30 days of receiving the job offer - we will provide the study material and fully refund the test fee upon you passing the test successfully.)
• Availability to work flexible hours based on client scheduling needs. Initially work will be a little slow, but the goal is to ramp up the work as the candidate becomes more experienced.

Compensation:
• Hourly pay rate with a mileage allowance
• During the training period the W2 salary will be $25 per hour. When the candidate is able to work the more basic functions (interior and aerial photography and virtual tours) of the job on their own the pay will go up to $35 per hour. And when the candidate is able to take on all aspects of video (ground and aerial), the salary will go up to $50 per hour.
