Real Estate Photographer / Videographer

We’re a small, premium real estate media studio serving top agents around Seattle, the Eastside, and Tacoma. We care about two things: how the work looks and how our clients feel on listing day.

If you’re an experienced photographer who loves clean photos, consistent quality, and making people feel taken care of on stressful days, you’ll probably like it here.

What you’ll do

Photograph and film residential listings (interior, exterior, details)Capture drone photo/video (we’ll help you earn your Part 107 if needed)Manage shoots on site: walkthrough, simple shot plan, client communicationOffload, organize, and upload files at the end of each workdayDrive between properties across Tacoma / Gig Harbor / Puyallup and sometimes up to the Seattle areaWhat we’re looking for

1+ year of paid photography work (real estate / interiors preferred)Portfolio that shows you understand light, composition, and straight verticals2+ years of customer-facing experience; calm and professional with clientsBased in the South Sound area (Tacoma / Puyallup / Federal Way) and willing to drive across the regionReliable 2014 or newer vehicle (kept presentable) and valid driver’s licenseComputer + high-speed internet for same-day uploadsAble to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 40 lbsWilling to pass a background checkSchedule & pay

Variable hours: some weeks are busy, some are slower (seasonal business)Part-time to near full-time available depending on the season and your availabilityTraining period: $25–$35/hr based on experience, plus mileage reimbursementOnce fully trained and consistently hitting our quality & reliability benchmarks:$40/hr + mileage, with potential for higher pay as responsibility growsThis is not a fit if you just want a casual side gig or hate feedback. Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 20.0 per week
