Real Estate Photographer/Videographer

General Responsibilities and Expectations

Interior and exterior photography, using bracketed HDR
Videography of interior spaces and exterior spaces using a gimbal
Drone photography and videography
Directing and shooting Social Media Content. Must be able to work collaboratively with clients at the time of the shoot.
Matterport 3D scans and digital floor plans
Ensuring proper communication with the team in all aspects of the production.
Working with our existing and new clients including but not limited to real estate agents, architects, video production clients, and home builders
Ensure all projects are meeting their deadlines, raw photos and video clips are expected to be uploaded the same day via dropbox and communicated to the editing team
Ensuring all deliverables are 100% met for each and every appointment
Timeliness is very important we will hold team members accountable for being on time
Respect for clients' homes, treating each home as if it was your own home
Maintaining proper FAA-107 certifications

Compensation:

Pay is on a per job basis: Approx. $50-400 per job depending on services rendered

Requirements:

Strong people skills and work ethic
Reliable, professional, strong communication
Professional full frame DSLR, wide angle lens (Min 16mm full frame)
Sturdy tripod
Computer and smartphone
Reliable transportation
Experience with video and a gimbal
Availability minimum: 3 weekdays per week
Living in or around the Portland Metro Area

Preferred Qualifications:

Real estate photography experience
Tech savvy with knowledge of photographic software
Experience with Drone/Aerial Photography
Experience with Matterport 3D Photography

Job Overview:

We are searching for personable and professional photographers in the Portland Area. Photographer must have a good eye for composition and experience with photography, but professional real estate photography experience is not necessarily required for the right candidate. The photographer is required to show up on time and look professional.

The photographer is responsible for shooting, selecting, and uploading the property photos. There is no editing required as we have an in-house team that handles all of the editing.

Additionally, we handle all of the booking, scheduling, client relations, and billing.
