Real Estate Photographer (No Experience Required + Paid Training)

Service area: Worcester / Central Massachusetts

Hours: 15-30 hours a week

Pay:$25-$30+/hour equivalent + Mileage Reimbursement

About the Role

We’re hiring a dependable, friendly, and customer-focused team member to join our growing real estate media company serving the Worcester / Central Massachusetts area.

This is a field-based role perfect for someone who enjoys being out and about, meeting new people, and learning hands-on creative skills.

What You’ll Do
• Travel locally to residential and commercial properties
• Capture interior and exterior photos using a clear shot list
• Represent the brand professionally with agents and homeowners
• Upload media after each shoot (no editing required)
• Learn additional services like drone photography and video
• Work alongside a supportive team to keep projects running smoothly

What We’re Looking For
• Friendly, easy-going personality with strong customer service skills
• Reliable vehicle and willingness to drive locally (up to ~60 mins)
• Organized and able to follow a checklist
• Comfortable using basic apps and learning new tools
• Available Thursday–Monday (5 days/week preferred)
• Strong communication and team mindset
• Comfortable being on your feet and carrying equipment
• Willing to obtain FAA Part 107 drone license within 30 days

Compensation
• Paid training: $15/hour (approx. 4 weeks)
• Standard shoots: $25 per unit (~1 hour on-site)
• After drone certification: $30 per unit
• Additional services (video, etc.) = higher pay
• Mileage reimbursement: $0.30/mile
• *Photographers earn $25-$30+/hour equivalent once trained

Schedule & Growth
• Starting at ~15 hours/week
• Strong opportunity to grow to 20-30+ hours/week
• Potential for near full-time during peak seasons
