Real Estate Photographer (No Experience Required + Paid Training)

We’re hiring a dependable, friendly, and customer-focused team member to join our growing real estate media company serving the Worcester / Central Massachusetts area. What You’ll Do • Travel locally to residential and commercial properties • Capture interior and exterior photos using a clear shot list • Represent the brand professionally with agents and homeowners • Upload media after each shoot (no editing required) • Learn additional services like drone photography and video • Work alongside a supportive team to keep projects running smoothly What We’re Looking For • Friendly, easy-going personality with strong customer service skills • Reliable vehicle and willingness to drive locally (up to ~60 mins) • Organized and able to follow a checklist • Comfortable using basic apps and learning new tools • Available Thursday–Monday (5 days/week preferred) • Strong communication and team mindset • Comfortable being on your feet and carrying equipment • Willing to obtain FAA Part 107 drone license within 30 days We’re looking for someone excited to grow with the company long-term.
