Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Real Estate Photographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for photography and a keen eye for detail, specializing in capturing stunning images of residential and commercial properties. This role requires not only technical proficiency in photography but also the ability to engage with clients and understand their vision for showcasing properties effectively.
Responsibilities
Capture high-quality photographs of properties, ensuring optimal lighting and composition.
Interior, Exterior, Drone Photography and Video
Collaborate with real estate agents and property owners to understand their marketing goals and tailor photography accordingly.
Produce engaging video content that highlights property features, utilizing skills in video production and film.
Stay updated on industry trends in real estate photography and implement innovative techniques to improve service offerings.
Experience
Proven experience in photography, particularly in real estate or similar fields. Will train the right person!
Knowledge of video production techniques will be advantageous for creating comprehensive property showcases.
Drone Part 107 Certified
