Compensation $225–$325+ per listing appointment (varies based on property size and scope) Includes: professionally edited photos, Zillow 3D tour, floor plan, initial walkthrough report, and lockbox installation with key management $50/hour for additional as-needed tasks Lockbox Pick-Up: $30–$60 per lockbox (depending on distance) Travel Compensation: Paid for travel exceeding 35 miles each way (70 miles round trip) Reimbursed at $1.20 per mile beyond this threshold Salary Range
