About the Role

PropertyVidPro is hiring experienced real estate photographers and videographers to join our growing team in Los Angeles.

We are looking for professionals who can independently handle shoots, deliver consistent high-quality work, and represent the company professionally on-site. This is a volume-based opportunity, with the goal of reaching 5–15 shoots per week per freelancer once fully ramped.

Responsibilities

Capture high-quality HDR real estate photographyShoot smooth, professional video walkthroughsCapture drone footage (required)Conduct 3D/360 virtual tours when neededRepresent PropertyVidPro professionally with agents and homeownersCommunicate clearly before and after shootsUpload raw, unedited files promptly after each appointmentFollow company shooting standards and processesRequirements (MANDATORY)

FAA Part 107 Drone License (Required)Prior real estate photography AND videography experienceMust own your own equipment, including:DSLR or Mirrorless camera with HDR / AEB capabilityWide-angle lens (~10mm equivalent)Sony Alpha 7 IV preferred or DSLR or equivalent4K DJI drone or equivalent3D / 360 virtual tour cameraTripodGimbal for interior videoReliable transportationStrong communication skills and professionalismAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionDetail-oriented and dependableCompensation
