We are seeking a talented and experienced Real Estate Photographer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating beautiful photos, has a strong eye for composition and lighting and understands how to capture the lifestyle and emotion behind luxury homes. Joining our team provides an opportunity to work with high-end clients and the best homes in the Treasure Valley. We provide consistent shooting opportunities, competitive per-shoot or hourly compensation (based on experience) and room for growing into expanded creative roles (drone, video, etc).
Key Responsibilities:
Capture high-quality interior and exterior photography of luxury residential propertiesExecute shoots with consistency in composition, lighting and brand standardsCollaborate with agents, homeowners and team members to ensure homes are presented at their bestIdentify and adjust for optimal angles, lighting conditions and staging opportunities on-siteManage shooting schedules and arrive on time, prepared and professionalUpload and organize images promptly following each shoot
Qualifications:
Experience in photographyStrong portfolio demonstrating composition and lighting skillsproficiency with DSLR/mirrorless camerasExcellent attention to detail and consistencyStrong communication, punctuality and client-facing professionalismReliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in real estate, architectural or interior photographyExperience shooting luxury or high-end propertiesFAA Part 107 Drone LicenseVideo experience
