Compensation$225-$325+ per listing appointment (varies based on property size and scope) Includes: professionally edited photos, Zillow 3D tour, floor plan, initial walkthrough report, and lockbox installation with key management $50/hour for additional as-needed tasks Lockbox Pick-Up:$30-$60 per lockbox (depending on distance)
