Position Overview

We're seeking a skilled Real Estate Photographer to join our team as an independent contractor. This flexible opportunity allows you to set your own schedule while working with a company that truly values your contribution to the real estate marketing process.

Work Volume: 2-20 shoots per week based on your availability and service offerings Schedule: You set your own availability - work as much or as little as fits your lifestyle Compensation: Per shoot and per service completed

Services & Responsibilities

Real Estate Photography: High-quality interior and exterior property photography
3D Virtual Tours: Create immersive virtual property experiences
Floor Plans: Accurate and professional floor plan creation
Drone Photography & Video: Aerial property photography and videography
Property Tour Videos: Engaging video tours of listings

RequirementsLicensing & Insurance (Required)

Part 107 Drone License for commercial drone operations
Drone Flight Insurance
Photographer Liability Insurance

Experience & Skills

Photography experience preferred, but we will train the right individual
We will train you on any skills you don’t have yet.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques
Professional attitude and reliable communication
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Ability to pass a background check

Equipment

Professional photography equipment required (camera, lenses, drones, etc.)
Don't have equipment yet? No problem - you can rent equipment from us until you're able to purchase your own
