About the Role
We’re hiring a dependable, friendly team member to join our growing real estate media company serving Charlotte, Hickory, and surrounding areas.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working independently, and learning hands-on creative skills in a fast-growing industry.
No photography experience is required. We provide paid training, professional equipment, and a simple step-by-step process designed to help the right person succeed quickly.

What You’ll Do
Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled appointmentsCapture interior and exterior real estate photos using a structured shot listRepresent the company professionally with homeowners and real estate agentsUpload media after each shoot (no editing required)Learn additional services over time, including drone photography and videoMost photographers complete 2–4 homes per day depending on the schedule.
Schedule
Approximately 30 hours per week (varies seasonally)Must be available 3–4 weekdaysWednesdays strongly preferredMost shoots take place Monday–Friday between 9:00 AM–5:00 PMOccasional Saturday availability may be neededPay & Compensation
Paid training at $20/hourPay increases after training based on services performedAdditional $30 pay per drone shoot once FAA certifiedMileage reimbursement at $0.30 per mileMost photographers earn the equivalent of $25–$30/hour once fully trained.
