We are seeking a talented and creative Real Estate Photographer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images and videos of residential and commercial properties to showcase their unique features and appeal. Your work will play a crucial role in helping clients market their properties effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in photography, excellent post-production skills, and an eye for detail. Experienced in videography also preferred.
Responsibilities
Capture stunning photographs of properties, ensuring optimal lighting and composition.
Conduct photo editing and manipulation to enhance images for marketing purposes.
Collaborate with real estate agents and property owners to understand their vision and requirements.
Provide art direction during shoots to ensure the best representation of the property.
Create engaging video content showcasing properties when required.
Stay updated on industry trends in real estate photography and videography.
Experience
Proven experience in photography, preferably with a focus on real estate or architectural photography.
Experience in videography is a plus, with the ability to create compelling video tours of properties.
Sales experience is beneficial for effectively communicating with clients and understanding their needs.
A portfolio showcasing previous work in real estate photography is highly desirable.
