Job Overview

HomeTourVision is an established real estate media company serving NY, NJ, CT and surrounding areas for nearly 15 years. We are currently seeking experienced real estate photographers for contract work.

This role is ideal for photographers who want consistent shooting opportunities without the responsibility of editing, scheduling, or client communication. Our team handles all post-production, scheduling, and delivery so you can focus on capturing high-quality media on-site.

Responsibilities

Capture high-quality HDR photography and 2D floor plans (Using an app) of residential and commercial propertiesMaintain consistency in composition, exposure, and overall image qualityRepresent the company professionally when interacting with clients on-siteUpload media promptly following at the end of the dayOptional opportunities to expand into:

Walkthrough videoDrone photography and videoFloor plans and 3D tours (training available)Compensation & Benefits

Proven experience in real estate photography (required)FAA Part 107 Drone License (or willingness to obtain)Experience using a gimbal for video (camera or smartphone) preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsReliable transportationProfessional, detail-oriented, and dependableEquipment Requirements

DSLR or mirrorless camera capable of AEB (minimum 5 brackets)Ultra-wide lens (approximately 14–16mm)TripodGimbal (for video services)Drone (if licensed)Application Instructions
