Real Estate Photographer / Media Specialist

We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented photographer who can represent our brand professionally while delivering exceptional work for our real estate clients.

Responsibilities

Photograph residential and commercial properties
Capture bracketed HDR images and deliver organized files
Travel to properties throughout the Midlands area
Interact professionally with homeowners, agents, and clients
Communication with client before appointment time, and after.
Upload media promptly after appointments
Maintain consistent image quality and composition standards
Occasional opportunities for drone photography and video (not required but preferred)

Requirements

Professional DSLR or Mirrorless Full Frame Camera.
Wide-angle lens (16-35mm equivalent preferred)
Reliable transportation
Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and exposure
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
Excellent communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines consistently

Preferred Qualifications

Previous real estate photography experience
FAA Part 107 Drone License
Knowledge of the Columbia, Lexington, Lake Murray, and surrounding areas
