Position Overview:

We are looking for talented real estate photographers. You’ll be the front-line media provider at property listings, capturing high-quality photos and videos while building rapport with clients. This role is ideal for experienced real estate photographers who thrives on human interaction, enjoy being out in the field, and take pride in consistent, professional service.

What You’ll Do:

Travel to residential listings across our service area
Capture photography and video walkthroughs and other media
Represent the Crestline brand with warmth, professionalism, and reliability
Maintain consistent communication with our team and clients

Internal support team for editing, communication, delivery, and scheduling
Per-job compensation structure with built-in trip fees

What You Bring:

Previous experience in real estate media required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (this is 70% of the job)
Your own gear
Clean, reliable personal vehicle
Strong punctuality and dependability

Compensation:

Pay is per completed service and includes built-in trip fees. Crestline's competitive pay reflects the higher expectations and service quality we maintain.

Pay: $100.00 - $300.00 per hour
