Greyroom Industry is a leader in high-end real estate photography, serving North Georgia, Athens, Cumming, Marietta, Atlanta, and parts of South Carolina. We bring homes to life with striking photography, drone video, 3D virtual tours, reels, and virtual staging.

We're looking for talented, self-motivated photographers with a great eye and a passion for visual storytelling. If you're experienced behind the lens, comfortable on-site, and excited about consistent, creative work – we want to hear from you.

- Steady flow of shoots across multiple territories

What We're Looking For:

------------------------------

- Strong understanding of real estate photography: composition, lighting, and room flow

- Ability to deliver unedited files quickly via FTP (we’ll provide clear instructions)

- Professional and client-friendly presence during shoots

- Self-managed and dependable on-site

- FAA Part 107 drone certification (required)

- Fast and stable internet connection for uploading files

- Real estate photography experience preferred, but not required

- Willingness to meet our quality standards

- Owns all required gear listed below

- Full-frame camera

- 14mm lens

- DJI Air 2S or better

- 360 camera (e.g., Theta, Insta360)

- Smartphone capable of Zillow 3D Home (recent iPhone or Android)

- Supra Access (recommended) – remote key access system used by realtors

Position Details:

- Independent Contractor (1099)

- This is a non-exclusive contractor role — you're welcome to take on work from other companies, but reaching out to or accepting direct work from Greyroom Industry clients is prohibited.

- Compensation: 25% to 32% of photography portion of job invoice, fixed pricing on add-on services.

(Rate based on experience and performance)

- Travel reimbursement is available for longer-distance shoots (case-by-case)
