Real Estate Photographer (Paid Training Provided)

This is a field-based, client-facing role where you'll travel to scheduled appointments, meet real estate agents and homeowners, and capture listing media using our proven systems. We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and coachable team member to join our field team as a Real Estate Media Specialist. Travel to residential properties for scheduled appointments throughout the Greensboro areaCapture professional real estate photography using our proven shot processLearn drone photography and video services through training and mentorshipInteract professionally with real estate agents and homeownersFollow detailed processes and checklists at every appointmentUpload media after appointments using your personal computer and reliable internet connectionMaintain organization, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout the dayDeliver a high-quality client experience that reflects our brandSchedule & Availability Approximately 25 hours per weekAt least 3 fully open weekdays required (morning availability is especially important)Most shoots take place been the hours of 9 AM and 6 PMSaturday availability is preferred (not every weekend is booked but there will be the occasional shoot)Must live in Greensboro or within approximately 20 minutes of the cityMost appointments are within a 30-minute drive, with occasional travel up to 45 to 60 minutesHours are not guaranteed every week, as real estate demand can fluctuateA reliable vehicle is required, as driving between appointments is a significant part of the roleCompensation & Benefits If you're dependable, coachable, detail-oriented, and excited about a career where every day is different, we'd love to hear from you.
