Real Estate Photographer & Content Creator | SOLD Media Group
Location: Phoenix Metro, AZ (Valley-wide coverage)
Type: (1099 Contractor)
Expected Hours: 20–30 hours per week (varies based on demand)
Schedule: Monday–Saturday (based on booking demand)
Experience Needed: We hire for personality, not portfolios.
Pay Structure
$15/hour during training
$22.50/hour after training and drone certification
$30/hour once approved to shoot video solo
$0.40/mile mileage reimbursement (drive time not paid hourly)

About the Role
We’re hiring a Real Estate Content Creator to join our field team. You’ll travel to homes and communities across the entire Phoenix Valley, capturing photos and videos using company-provided gear, then uploading raw files — no editing required.
This is a on-demand role with varying weekly hours. While hours are not guaranteed full-time, we are specifically looking for someone with strong, consistent availability who can take on shoots as they come in throughout the week.
This role is best suited for someone who can prioritize this position and maintain a flexible, open schedule, as bookings may vary day to day and occasionally come in on short notice.
What You’ll Do
Travel to homes and communities across the entire Valley (West, Central, East, etc.) to capture listing photos, video, drone, 3D tours, and floor plans
Use company-provided camera, drone, and other gear
Upload raw content by the end of each shoot day (we deliver next-day)
Follow structured processes to ensure consistent quality
Represent SOLD Media Group with professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude
What We’re Looking For
Based near Phoenix, AZ
Highly reliable, self-motivated, out-going, and very detail-oriented
Strong communication and customer service skills
Tech savvy and eager to learn
Able to maintain a flexible schedule with consistent availability during weekdays
Able to accommodate a dynamic, on-demand schedule where shoot times may vary and occasionally be scheduled on short notice
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle (this is a commute-heavy role with frequent travel across the Valley; a vehicle with good MPG is strongly recommended)
iPhone 14 or newer
Personal computer with high-speed internet (for file uploads)
Must pass a background check
Willing to obtain FAA Part 107 drone license within 1 week of hiring (we will support and reimburse your first test)

Customer-facing experience (retail, barista, server, etc.)
Interest in photography, videography, or real estate
