Real Estate Photographer

As a 1099 contractor, you'll shoot residential listings across Cabot, Searcy, Little Rock, Conway, Little Rock, and the surrounding area — delivering high-quality photos that help real estate agents win more listings and sell homes faster. Capture high-quality interior and exterior listing photos at residential properties throughout Central Arkansas Follow Ino Imagery's established shooting standard to ensure consistent, professional results across every job Operate professional camera equipment provided by the company, including full-frame mirrorless cameras and wide-angle lenses Upload and organize all files same day following our file delivery workflow — all files due by 9:00pm on the day of your shoot Add shoot notes for each job — things like unusual wall colors, edits requested from the client, agent transcript for the video captions, or anything relevant to post production Represent Ino Imagery professionally with agents and homeowners on every shoot Advance into aerial drone photography upon earning FAA Part 107 certification (Intermediate tier) Advance into listing video production upon completing our video certification (Expert tier) Requirements A people person — you're comfortable, confident, and professional in any home with any client Genuine enthusiasm for photography and being on location — you find satisfaction in doing the job well, not just getting it done Demonstrated ability to shoot confidently in manual mode with a mirrorless camera Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent, high-quality results on every shoot Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Central Arkansas on weekdays Available weekdays - most shoots run between 8am and 4pm Monday through Friday Self-motivated, organized, and responsive — you take ownership of your shoots from arrival to file delivery Real estate photography experience is a plus but not required — we provide full training to our standard All photography equipment provided — you do not need to own a camera or gear to apply Full training to our shooting standard from day one Consistent, recurring weekday work Clear advancement path — drone and video unlock higher pay per job as you level up Most shooters complete 3–5 jobs per day at full capacity Weekly pay Pay: $150.00 - $300.00 per day Work Location: In person
