Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Real Estate Photographer & Videographer to join our team as an independent contractor. This is not an entry-level role — we're looking for professionals who can walk onto a property and deliver polished, listing-ready content from day one. This flexible opportunity allows you to set your own schedule while working with a company that truly values your contribution to the real estate marketing process.
Work Volume: 2–20 shoots per week based on your availability and service offerings

Schedule: You set your own availability — work as much or as little as fits your lifestyle

Compensation: Per shoot and per service completed

Services & Responsibilities

Real Estate Photography: High-quality interior and exterior property photography
Real Estate Videography: Engaging, professionally shot property tour videos
Drone Photography & Video: Aerial property photography and videography
3D Virtual Tours: Create immersive virtual property experiences
Floor Plans: Accurate and professional floor plan creation

Requirements
Experience (Required)

Proven real estate photography experience — interior and exterior
Proven real estate videography experience — shooting property tour videos
Portfolio demonstrating real estate work (required, not optional)
Professional attitude and reliable communication
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Ability to pass a background check

Licensing & Insurance (Required)

FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate for commercial drone operations
Drone Flight Insurance
Photographer Liability Insurance

What's NOT Required

No editing required — you shoot, we handle all photo and video editing. Focus on what you do best behind the camera and drone.

Equipment

Professional photography and videography equipment required (camera, lenses, drone, stabilizer, etc.)
