Real Estate Photographers Wanted

Seeking full and/or part time real estate photographers. Real estate
photography experience is not required because I will train the right
person(s). Equipment required: 2 full frame DSLR's or mirrorless cameras, an
assortment of lenses from about 11-12 mm (wide angle) and up to 300mm
(telephoto), at least two speed lights or other flash units that you can
trigger remotely and sturdy tripod. It’s a plus if you own any shift lenses.
You’ll need a computer and solid internet connection to upload the high
resolution raw files to our servers daily. Editing: I do all the editing. You
will be shooting and uploading the unedited files daily. Experience: You’ll
need some basic photographic knowledge and know how to manage an off camera
speed light system. I prefer an experienced real estate shooter but will train
the right person. Transportation: You’ll need dependable transportation. I pay
for travel time and milage. It’s helpful if you are centrally located within
SD County. Ideally, you live north/central San Diego. Schedule: The amount of
bookings determine the schedule. Shoots take place mid-morning until after
sunset. You can expect that I’d turn you loose on some smaller shoots right
away and expand on that once we are sure it’s a good fit for both of us. Most
jobs are in San Diego County. Weekend work is available but not required.
Compensation: This is negotiable depending on your experience and speed
completing the work. All jobs are paid hourly and we do pay for travel time
and have a milage reimbursement. You would be either a full or part time
employee. NOT a contract worker. Paychecks are direct deposited every two
weeks. Related Skills: If you are a licensed drone pilot, videographer, or
familiar with 3-D scanning, that’s a plus! Dress Code: Just look professional
is all I ask. Other: This job is ideal for a dependable person with a flexible
schedule. You must possess good written and verbal communication skills and
represent my company as friendly, competent and professional at all times.
You’re on your own most of the time, so you’ll be your own manager in a sense.
