Location: Salt Lake City, UT (must live within 20 miles)
Schedule: Part-Time | Approximately 30 Hours Per Week
Availability: Monday–Friday (daytime hours)

We’re hiring a detail-oriented, dependable, and service-driven professional to join our growing real estate media team in the Salt Lake City area.

While the title says Real Estate Photographer, this role is really about professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. You’ll represent our brand in the field while working directly with real estate agents and homeowners to create a smooth, high-end client experience.

No prior real estate photography experience is required. We provide paid training, equipment, and structured systems — you bring the reliability, coachability, and strong people skills.

What You’ll Do

Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled appointments
Capture interior and exterior listing media using a structured shot list
Follow detailed processes and company standards consistently
Represent the company professionally with homeowners and agents
Upload media after each shoot (no editing required)
Maintain organization and accuracy across appointments
Deliver a polished, white-glove client experience
After video certification, assist in guiding agents during video shoots

Compensation & Growth Path

Paid Training

$15/hour during training

After Training

Standard shoots: $25/hour
After drone certification: $28/hour
After video certification: $30/hour

Additional Compensation

Mileage reimbursement: $0.45/mile
Paid drive time between appointments

Drone certification is expected early in the role, and study support is provided.

Schedule & Availability

Monday–Friday availability required
Approximately 30 hours per week
Typical appointment window: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Occasional evening shoots
Schedule varies based on bookings
