This role sits at the intersection of commercial photography and video production, generating property media assets that include HDR stills, drone footage, Matterport and Zillow 3D Tours, FPV drone content, and agent-facing video packages. It suits a self-directed visual media professional with real estate production credits and the field discipline to run multiple shoots independently in a single day.

About the Role
This is an independent contractor, 1099 position embedded in a production workflow where AZing Realty Media handles client acquisition, post-production editing, scheduling, and client communication, leaving the shooter to focus entirely on capture. A typical day involves two to five property shoots across the Phoenix market, covering everything from standard residential listings to luxury properties and commercial real estate video. The company also operates a Luxury Division, giving experienced shooters a clear path toward higher-end production work.

Key Responsibilities

Execute HDR real estate photography on location, delivering technically consistent exposures across varied interior and exterior lighting conditions.
Operate drone systems for both aerial photo and video capture, including FPV drone work on select properties.
Capture Matterport Tours and Zillow 3D Tours, managing equipment setup and scan sequencing on site.
Produce property walkthrough videos and agent profile videos that meet the company's deliverable specifications.
Manage a multi-shoot daily schedule across Phoenix, maintaining punctuality and professional conduct with real estate clients at each location.
Coordinate with the production support team on shoot logistics while handling all on-set decisions independently as the sole crew member.

What You Bring

Demonstrated real estate media production experience with a portfolio covering photography and video work.
Proficiency with Matterport capture systems and familiarity with Zillow 3D Tour workflows.
FAA Part 107 certification or equivalent drone operation credentials for commercial aerial work.
Reliable personal transportation for daily multi-location shoots across the Phoenix metro area.
Strong client-facing communication skills suited to working directly with homeowners, agents, and brokers on location.
