Real Estate Photographer and Videographer (Paid Training) | Milwaukee

We're PG Creatives. We shoot real estate photos, video, drone, 3D tours and floor plans for agents all over Wisconsin. Everything gets delivered the next morning, and video is what we're known for.

We're hiring a full-time photographer/videographer in Milwaukee.

A little about us. I started PG Creatives in Green Bay with zero camera experience. Now we have four shooters across Green Bay, Madison and Milwaukee. We're competitive and we care a lot about the work. We're building something here and we want to be the best in our area. We're looking for people who want the same thing.

You don't need your own gear. You don't need real estate experience. We'll teach you everything and pay you while you learn.

Milwaukee is our newest market. You'd be one of the first people on the ground here, so there's a ton of room to grow with us.

HOW TRAINING WORKS

Training takes 2 to 4 months depending on how fast you pick it up. You'll train with our lead creative in Milwaukee through ride-alongs, practice shoots in vacant homes, and review calls where we go over your work together. You start with photos. Once photos click, video and drone come a lot easier. You're out of training once you're doing solo photo and video shoots.

Training pay is $20/hour (W-2).

AFTER TRAINING

You get paid per shoot. Anywhere from $90 to $400 depending on the services. Full-time shooters can make $7,000 to $10,000 a month, and how much you make depends on how much you want to work. We have 40 hours a week for you. You can stay W-2, or go 1099 if you run your own gear and work with other clients too.

WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE

Most shoots happen Monday through Friday between 9 and 6. Hours aren't set, so you need to be flexible. We shoot some Saturdays too. You'll drive to shoots within about 100 miles of Milwaukee, and we pay extra for the longer trips. Gas and mileage are on you. You take the gear home, you shoot, you upload. Our editors handle the rest.

You'll be meeting agents and homeowners every day, so how you treat people matters just as much as how you shoot.
