Real Estate Photographer & Media Specialist (1099 Contractor) – Atlanta Metro

Job Summary

ABOUT THE ROLE: Realty Vision Photography is expanding operations across the Atlanta Metropolitan Area! We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Independent Field Photographers (1099 Contractors) to capture high-end real estate media, including HDR interior/exterior photography, floor plan scans, and aerial drone footage.

This role is perfect for creative professionals passionate about capturing stunning property visuals and crafting compelling media content that elevates real estate listings. You will be responsible for producing high-quality photography, videography, and aerial footage that showcase properties in their best light, helping clients attract potential buyers and renters.

DUTIES:

Capture professional-grade photos of residential and commercial properties using advanced photography lighting equipment and shot composition techniques.
Skilled in shot composition, photography gear handling, and photography lighting equipment setup.
Capture 3-frame Auto Exposure Bracketing (AEB) for all interior and exterior scenes.
Film high-quality videos and create engaging virtual tours that highlight property features and neighborhood appeal.
Operate commercial drones safely to capture aerial videography and imagery, adhering to all FAA regulations and safety protocols
Upload all RAW media files to assigned Google Drive directories by 9:00 PM EST same-day.
Excellent client communication skills to understand project goals and deliver exceptional results efficiently

REQUIREMENTS & EQUIPMENT:

Camera System: Full-frame or professional APS-C mirrorless/DSLR camera body.
Lens: Ultra-wide angle lens (minimum 16mm equivalent on Full-frame).
Bracketing: Camera MUST support 3-frame Auto Exposure Bracketing (AEB at -1, 0, +1 EV).
Tripod: Heavy-duty tripod with dual-axis leveling head.
License: FAA Part 107 License (required for drone operations).
Reliability: Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and active smartphone.

PAYMENT & COMPENSATION:

Competitive per-shoot base rate + flat add-on fees (Drone, Floor Plans, Twilights).
Bi-weekly payout schedule.
