Skills: Professional, confident, good communication, and fast responder Excellent customer service Good understanding of composition, light and white balance Must have experience in real estate photography AND videography Drone experience and FAA Part 107 license is a plus Valid/clean Driver's License Equipment You Will Need: Mirrorless or DSLR camera (full frame preferred), 18 megapixels or greater Wide angle lens (17mm minimum lens for FULL FRAME sensor cameras OR 12mm minimum lens for CROP sensor cameras) Tripod with an accurate level and rotating head Motorized gimbal/stabilizer for video (such as the Ronin M or Ronin S) Photo Gimbal (such as DJI OM 4 SE) Lavilar Mic 360 camera (such as Ricoh Camera) with a monopod Smartphone and/or iPad with the most current ISO Must have access to high-speed internet (for uploading materials to the processing portal) Background checks are performed on all candidates. 00 per hour Application Question(s): What is your real estate photo/video gear?
