We are in need of a Real Estate Photographer and Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in taking photographs, video, and drone footage, as well as experience in editing and creating marketing materials. The best visual representation of our properties is critical in order to best market and sell the properties in our portfolio. We also handle all client communications, including billing. Responsibilities: • Help real estate agents stage the home during the shoot to ensure eye pleasing results • Produce and edit virtual tour videos of many properties to post on... various social media and websites • Contribute to and assist with website and social media marketing so properties and agency are represented in the best possible way • Photograph homes listed for sale ensuring properties look their best and sell fast • Maintain a flexible schedule and attend multiple shoots per day or week in order to meet the needs of our clients Qualifications: • Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines • Comfortable working with many different kinds of people and has the ability to make adjustments and act on feedback on projects • Skilled in video equipment usage, lenses, lighting and photography • Real estate photography experience a plus, but we will train the right person • Excellent computer skills including working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
