Ziprent, a remote property management company, is looking for qualified and responsible Photographers with experience in Real Estate Photography within the following areas... Assignments will currently be limited and on an as-needed basis but increase opportunities are expected over time as the market grows. The ideal candidate will be willing to service Hartford down to New Haven/Bridgeport areas as needed (with additional travel fees paid). Responsibilities: • Accept and respond quickly to listing appointment requests via email • Submit a minimum of 15-30 professionally edited, high quality photos of interior/exterior of property (including any property amenities) and details of lockbox installation within 24 hours of listing appointment • Willing to pick-up smart electronic lockboxes for installation from properties within a minimum 35 miles from the listing appointment property.
