Residential real estate team seeking an experienced part-time in-house photographer with photography and top-notch editing skills. Essential Functions: • Taking residential interior and exterior photos for online, social media and printing purposes • Must be capable of editing photos independently, ensuring optimal composition, consistency, lighting, and overall quality without relying on third-party editing services. Required Skills: • Previous real estate photography experience (at least 1 year) • Previous photo editing skills • Photography composition - angles and positioning of each space being photographed • Knowledge of how to use DSLR camera and associated equipment • Understanding of flash-ambient blending or bracketing photos for HDR • Working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop • Good attitude and communication skills - with the ability to work with people, both internal and external • Ability to take constructive feedback, and make adjustments if needed • Administrative and customer service skills • Reliable transportation and proof of insurance • Familiarity with Skylum Luminar or Photomatix is a plus • Familiarity with Outlook • Matterport or Zillow 3D knowledge is a plus • Knowledge of CubiCasa is a plus • Shooting reels and editing in CapCut is a plus • FAA Drone License is a plus Schedule: • 4 hour shift Work Location: In person
