Real Estate Videographer

Real Estate Videographer Compensation: Up to $35 per hour Job Type: Part Time / Contract Potential for salaried position available after 1 year Real Estate Photography experience is preferred. Responsibilities: • Photograph homes preparing for or listed for sale to meet the online marketing needs of agents and sellers • Transfer RAW images to our main office within 2 hours of your final appointment • Work independently or in conjunction with a team member • Follow a daily schedule provided by our home office Qualifications: • Please do not apply without sample photographs and qualified equipment • Must possess a good driving record, reliable transportation, and car insurance • Must be willing to travel in and around the central Ohio area, with the possibility of driving 30-50 miles outside of Columbus (paid mileage fee over 15 from our office) • Must have an eye for photographic composition • Must have strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines • Must have the ability to manage time effectively and work independently and efficiently • Must be comfortable working with different types of people and adapt to different situations • Must have current computer knowledge and recommended equipment and software • Must be available to work during regular business hours, but be flexible to accommodate sellers • Must be able to present yourself in a professional manner as homeowners may be present at times • Must be able to take constructive feedback and make necessary adjustments • Must be teachable and open to new processes • Must have a clean criminal record • 3D/Matterport camera knowledge is helpful and may increase earning opportunity, but is not necessary • 2D DSLR Photography knowledge is helpful and may increase earning opportunity, but is not necessary • Drone experience with Part 107 Certification is helpful and may increase earning opportunity, but is not necessary • Experience in portrait and lifestyle photography is helpful and may increase earning opportunity, but is not necessary
