Looking for a flexible, fun, and interesting work environment?

We are a national real estate services company with an opening for a Real Estate Videographer.
Candidates should be positive, adaptable, possess good communication skills, and be able to find creative solutions while being polite, polished, professional, and discreet.

You will work independently, or in conjunction with a 3D tour operator, photographing homes for marketing purposes.

Full-time work may include up to 3-4 shoots per day while part-time work may include up to 1-2 shoots per day. Work load is seasonal with the busy season March - October.

M-F daytime shoots are typical, but some twilight hours and weekend shoots may at times be requested. Most photo shoots take from 45 minutes to 1 hour. Check-in required at the start and end of each appointment.

A calm demeanor and flexible schedule are necessary. Last minute shooting requests, postponements and cancellations are typical, and you must be able to adapt.

Real Estate Photography experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:
• Photograph homes preparing for or listed for sale to meet the online marketing needs of agents and sellers
• Transfer RAW images to our main office within 2 hours of your final appointment
• Work independently or in conjunction with a team member
• Follow a daily schedule provided by our home office

Qualifications:
• Please do not apply without sample photographs and qualified equipment
• Must possess a good driving record, reliable transportation, and car insurance
• Must be willing to travel in and around the central Ohio area, with the possibility of driving 30-50 miles outside of Columbus (paid mileage fee over 15 from our office)
• Must have an eye for photographic composition
• Must have strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines
• Must have the ability to manage time effectively and work independently and efficiently
• Must be comfortable working with different types of people and adapt to different situations
• Must have current computer knowledge and recommended equipment and software
• Must be available to work during regular business hours, but be flexible to accommodate sellers
• Must be able to present yourself in a professional manner as homeowners may be present at times
• Must be able to take constructive feedback and make necessary adjustments
• Must be teachable and open to new processes
• Must have a clean criminal record

Equipment/Software
• Digital SLR Body; capable of Bracketing 5+ in AEB mode
• Wide Angle Lens is a must
• Sturdy Tripod
• Ball Head and/or Pan Head
• Computer with either Windows 32-bit, Windows 64-bit or Mac OS X
• Late model Smart Phone
• Large file transfer capabilities

Experience:
• Must have a working knowledge of photography and an eye for composition.
• 3D/Matterport camera knowledge is helpful and may increase earning opportunity, but is not necessary
• 2D DSLR Photography knowledge is helpful and may increase earning opportunity, but is not necessary
• Drone experience with Part 107 Certification is helpful and may increase earning opportunity, but is not necessary
• Experience in portrait and lifestyle photography is helpful and may increase earning opportunity, but is not necessary
