Real Estate Videographer + Photographer (Drone Required) – Contract

We are a real estate media company seeking experienced videographers who also shoot photography for ongoing residential listing work.

This role is video-first. Drone and photography are required.

Responsibilities

Capture real estate walkthrough videoShoot interior and exterior photographyCapture drone photo and video on most assignmentsShoot bracketed exposures (AEB) for photographyUpload RAW photo and video files after each shootWe handle scheduling, editing, and client communication. You are responsible for capture only.

Requirements

Proven real estate video experience (portfolio required)Ability to shoot both video and photography in a single appointmentDrone ownership and valid FAA Part 107 certification (required)Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and camera movementReliable transportation and punctualityAvailability for weekday shootsCompensation

$120–$300 per shoot depending on property size and scopeAdditional compensation for larger propertiesConsistent work available for reliable photographersAdditional Information
