About the Job
We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and creative person to join our team as a Real Estate Photographer & Videographer.
No professional photography experience is required. We actually prefer to train the right person from scratch!
We provide the professional camera equipment, drone equipment, training, and support. You'll learn our entire real estate media workflow, including:
Real estate photographyCinematic and vertical videoDrone photography & videoAgent talking-head videos3D virtual toursTwilight photographyYou must be willing to learn and regularly shoot BOTH photography and video. Editing is not required.
Who We're Looking For
More than anything, we're looking for someone who is reliable, great with people, tech-friendly, and an excellent communicator.
Real estate schedules can change quickly, so communication is a huge part of our team. We don't expect perfection. We do expect you to keep us updated, ask questions when needed, and take great care of our clients.
You should be comfortable working independently, learning new technology, taking feedback, and occasionally accepting short-notice appointments.
Schedule
You must be consistently available Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM for appointments.
This does not mean you'll necessarily work 8–5 every day. Your daily schedule will depend on booked shoots, but we need someone who can keep this window available.
Occasional evening twilight shoots may also be needed.
Pay & Training
First 4 weeks of paid training: $15/hour
After training and obtaining your FAA Part 107 drone certification, typical compensation is approximately $25–$35 per scheduled on-site hour, depending on the services performed.
Mileage reimbursement: $0.30/mile
We provide training and support to help you prepare for your Part 107 certification.

We are not currently hiring established photographers operating their own photography business. We're looking for someone we can train in our style and grow with our team.
Hiring Process
Google Meet Interview → Shadow a Real Shoot → Conditional Offer → Paid Training → Photography → Drone → Video
